Building the Malaspina brand though the consistent use of logo and messaging creates a foundation and a brand awareness on which to build successful recruitment and retention objectives and internal pride. The core brand elements: logo, colour palette and typography are specifically integrated throughout the program. Due to the icon’s graphic composition of stylized mountain and water, it is referred to as the ‘blue island’.
